INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy addresses anxiety and depression, compulsive behaviors, sexuality and intimacy, personal identity formation, and difficulty making important life choices. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, sessions focus on alleviating distressing symptoms, identifying behaviors that are not working for you, and developing new strategies and skills to enhancing overall health and quality of life. Individual therapy sessions are offered in-person or via telehealth.
TRAUMA THERAPY
Trauma symptoms are painful, complicated and emotionally debilitating. Trauma therapy is specialized to manage symptoms, develop an understanding of the neuro-biological basis of trauma, differentiate between reacting and responding, build distress-resistance skills, and enhance your quality of life. An integrated therapeutic approach includes trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. Sessions are offered both in-person and via telehealth.


RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
Relationships take unexpected turns that can leave us uncertain how to move forward together. LGBTQ+ relationships face unique pressures rooted in discrimination, shame and rejection. Our approach to relationship counseling focuses on effective communication, strengthening emotional bonds, navigating cultural conflicts, and enhancing intimacy. Sessions are offered in-person and via telehealth.
