Kindred Spirits is here to help you embark upon a healthier and fulfilling path in life.
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Life is filled with experiences, many of which can leave a "scar" that affects how we live day-to-day. We get stuck in our heads, thinking about the same things over-and-over or lose motivation for the things we enjoy most. We can find ourselves feeling stuck in our careers or careers with no clear direction. Individual therapy is a space to unravel the things holding us back and to start feeling fulfilled in life.
TRAUMA THERAPY
Living with trauma leaves us feeling alone and on constantly edge, always waiting for the next 'bad thing' to happen. We strive to feel happiness but it is always fleeting. There are days we don't even understand ourselves. Trauma therapy is a specialized approach to help alleviate the distress, build an understanding of yourself, and live a better quality of life.

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING
Relationships can bear the brunt of life's demands. Communication breaks down, regrettable words are said, and intimacy fades. You've begun to question the emotional connection shared between you. Relationship counseling will help you enhance communication to strengthen the emotional connection and intimacy in your relationship.

PAUL R. GOULD, PH.D., LICSW
Therapist & Owner
I believe each and every person has intrinsic worth and an ability to create the life they seek. Together, we can set you on a path to feeling healthier and happier as an individual and in your relationships. My clients are motivated to improve the quality of their lives. They may not know exactly how to make this happen when we begin working together, but they know they want to be healthier and happier. The majority of my clients identify as LGBTQ+ and prefer to work with someone that is part of the community.
